Brand colour check

Enter your brand colours to see which combinations can carry text, which ones confuse people with colour-blindness, and the smallest change that fixes each failing pair.

  • Scores every text and background pair against WCAG 2.2, with APCA (the WCAG 3 draft) as an option
  • Colour-blindness simulation that flags colours that look alike
  • One-click fixes, a share link, and export to CSS or Tailwind v4

How our tools work

01

Private by design

Everything runs in your browser. Your images and colours are never uploaded, stored or tracked.

02

Kept current

We review platform sizes every quarter, when we update our own templates.

03

Built to the standard

WCAG 2.2 today, with APCA ready for WCAG 3. The tools themselves work with a keyboard and a screen reader.

Questions

Good to know.

Are the tools really free?

Yes. There’s no sign-up, no trial and no limit. Use them for your own work or for clients.

Do you upload or store my images or colours?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Images are read on your device and never sent anywhere, and nothing is tracked.

Which platforms and standards do they cover?

LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business Profile and email for images. For colour and text contrast, WCAG 2.2, the current standard, and APCA, the draft method for WCAG 3.

How often are the platform sizes updated?

Every quarter, when we update our own templates. They were last checked in September 2026.

Rather have it done properly?

We build brand systems, websites and social templates that pass these checks from the start.
